S-025 is a kind of emulsion type modified silicone antifoam agent, it is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silica, dispersing agent and stabilizing agent etc, and it is one highly effective and versatile foam control agent. For the paper pulp industry, it provides excellent foaming control performance to black liquid production lines. Compared to traditional products, this defoamer has better persistence. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small dosage. It can be used in paper pulp production to prevent the foam problem in the production process. It can be also applied to Industrial Sewage (water treatment), Oil Drilling and Fracturing Fluid etc.

Application Process
1). Can be directly added in the manufacturing process. Shake up before use, or use after dilution.
2). Metering pump can be used for dosage control, the recommended dosage is 0.05~0.5kg per metric ton pulp or waste water.
3). The added amount is different according to the dosage of the system. The adding point should be determined according to the production condition and follow the rules to minimize the defoamer dosage to control the foam.

Shelf Life
Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), Avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
